I am far from bike savvy.
The last bike I owned was left in the backyard of a house I moved into by the previous tenants. A few repairs and it was quite functional.
Unfortunately, I later lived in an apartment where the super yelled at me for bringing the bike inside the building. I chained the bike up outside, and it was stripped.
The frame may still be chained to that building.
